“Lightness” // Death Cab For Cutie

I bought my third copy of this album on CD a couple of days ago. My other two copies of this CD are in different places, with different people, and I haven’t seen either in a while. However, it’s one of those albums that, like an old dear friend who I don’t see nearly often enough, I will have moments where we must visit. It is always extremely urgent, and under circumstances involving extreme emotion. But, alas, when we do meet, I feel the most relieved I have ever felt.
